Check out Tiffany’s interview below.
What do you do and why is it important?
I help busy moms plan unforgettable experiences for their children. As a mother, I know how hard and stressful it could be to plan, organize, host, and enjoy the party with your child. I want that busy mom to not have to worry about anything for a change. They should just show up to the party ready to have a good time with their child and guests.
What would you tell your younger self?
You will go through a lot of pain in your life, but just keep in mind that it is molding you to become a stronger and better YOU!
What is the single best piece of advice that you have learned?
Don’t change who you are, you just have to start treating people accordingly.
How did you get the courage to step out and live your authentic self by pursuing your passion?
Right after I was laid off from my corporate job, I attended a conference held by Dr. Shante Bishop, called Design Your Own Brand (DYOB) where I met other women that were struggling with stepping out on faith to “Answer the Call” that God had for us and our businesses. By the end of the conference, I had a breakdown and a breakthrough. Since then I have been working on building my business and taking it to the next level. Now I encourage others to “Answer the Call”.
What are your guiding principles?
My guiding principles are: stay organized, be dedicated, be appreciative, be optimistic, get educated, be sociable, be giving, and be human. I believe that these principles will help build you and steer you towards success.
What does the word “phenomenal” mean to you?
To me, phenomenal means awesome and amazing. It’s that person that remains humble and continues to grind, and won’t stop despite the challenges that come their way. They continue to help others no matter what they are going through and manage to do it all with a smile.
What is your best advice for moms?
You have this little person that is watching you and looking up to you. You may get tired, may want to give up, and you may even have a breakdown here or there. But just remember, in their eyes you are phenomenal. Pray and keep pushing, give it your all!
What is one key money principle that you live your life by?
Do not live beyond your means.
What is your favorite book and why?
Jesus Calling (365 Day Devotional) by Sarah Young. This book is an inspirational tool. It allows me to meditate and gives me the strength that I need to make it through the day.
