Episode Description

One problem that many people face is failing to live in the moment and enjoy life right where they are.  In this podcast Dr. Sharri Coleman shares how she had to learn how to appreciate and live in the moment.  That simple lesson helped her to find more enjoyment out of life.  Another benefit that this philosophy offers is that it helps you to avoid staying stuck in a situation that is not ideal, because you are looking at how to maximize and enjoy the moment that you have right now.  I think that this is an amazing interview for people who struggle to maximize where they are right now or who let distractions rob them from some of life’s most precious moments.  Remember that life is made up of a series of moments, and when you miss one, you miss something that life has to offer.
