An Open Letter to Breastfeeding Moms

In Phenomenal Living

Hi Moms, I wrote this post about a month ago when I was engaging in quiet reflection and I was trying to process my first year of motherhood.  I decided to share this with you because I’m hoping that it can provide a source of encouragement for a new or pregnant mom.  I hope that you enjoy. Aisha ————- It’s been a good ride, but now it looks like my breastfeeding journey is coming to an end. How Single Moms Can Build Their Support Network

It Takes a Village: How Single Moms Can Build A Support Network

In Phenomenal Living

Can You Survive Off of $100 a Week?

In Frugal, Phenomenal

A while ago someone asked me if I could survive off of $100 for one week I initially gasped and thought about how limiting that this would be.  Then I started to think about it and realized that it shouldn’t be that hard.  Since then, I’ve challenged myself a couple of times to get spending as low as possible even under the $100 limit.  Side note, someone recently challenged me to not spending anything for 3 days.  That was hard, but it taught me a lot.  That challenge to you all may come later.  However for now, I want to…
