Can You Survive Off of $100 a Week?

In Frugal, Phenomenal

A while ago someone asked me if I could survive off of $100 for one week I initially gasped and thought about how limiting that this would be.  Then I started to think about it and realized that it shouldn’t be that hard.  Since then, I’ve challenged myself a couple of times to get spending as low as possible even under the $100 limit.  Side note, someone recently challenged me to not spending anything for 3 days.  That was hard, but it taught me a lot.  That challenge to you all may come later.  However for now, I want to…

This has been increasingly important for me because I have a ton of things on my plate and I am kind of Type A so I think that I can do everything. When you look at your time, you have 24 hours in a day. To be healthy you need 7-8 hours of sleep per night.  Many of us work during the day so that is 9-10 hours that your time is accounted for.  So, that leaves…
